Yes, I do know what it feels like when life suddenly changes, when the plans you built crumble before your eyes, and you’re left staring at a version of the future you didn’t choose.
The nights you lie awake replaying everything, wondering what you could have done differently.
The days you keep going because you have to, even though part of you feels like you’ve lost your footing.
When you look around and wonder why everyone else's life seems to be perfect ( it is not, by the way )
The way people expect you to "be back to normal" when there is no normal left to go back to.
The quiet panic of making a decision alone that you used to make with someone else.
I’ve been there, the shock, the fear, the exhaustion of having to start again when you never expected or wanted to.
But, I also know what it feels like when you finally start to rebuild slowly, steadily, on your own terms and the feeling you get when the first flicker of energy comes back.
That’s where I jump in. It is when I reached out to the first coach that I needed accountability, as this time I had the fire in my belly to rebuild.
I don’t teach theory, what I share comes from lived experience and from years of helping other women piece things together again.

My life, like many, has been filled with huge challenges, loss, illness and financial instability. This has sent me on quite a journey, but this has shaped me into the woman I am today.
I qualified as both a Life/Business Coaching and NLP Practitioner. I have certificates in mindfulness, journaling and Ikigai Coaching.
With over 8 years of hands -on management experience in the corporate sector. I’ve led teams and delivered impactful results under pressure. 20 years’ experience in building businesses from conception to enabling one to be sold for a dream figure. My coaching business has been operating for the last 11 years.
It has not all been plain sailing. There have been times when I did not sleep at night. The constant checking of the bank account , lack of self-belief and that feeling of pure exhaustion.
I don’t just guide you through change, I ignite your inner strength and empower you to create a future that feels unstoppable
Growing through challenges
My personal life has given me insights too. I am divorced and was thrown into the life of a single mum to three amazing young people. Eleven years ago I received my own breast cancer diagnosis just 18 months after my divorce
I bring all these learnings from my adventures to enhance my coaching experience for my clients. So you don't have to hit a crisis in life, or if you have, I will help you pull yourself out of it and create a life that is aligned with you and filled with joy and fulfilment
